Ang presentor/salesman okay 👍 Pero ang design ng bahay parang mali feeling ko para kang prisoner . Okay naman ang location at ang laki ng bahay bakit di naisipan na lagyan ng malaking windows kahit sa bawat toilet parang pusa lang ang pwedeng pumasok 🙄okay lang kung apartment or condo na maliit ang mga size fit ang ganyang maliit na mga windows . But for that kind of house na malaki na parang di pinag isipan na mag lagay ng right size na windows para mas okay ang pasok ng natural air i think mas magiging okay ang looks ng house . Para na rin dagdag na maging more appealing the house itself ang for the buyer as welll . 😏

We can from the US to buy a house in Baguio but realized there is zero parking anywhere in this town. Its great when you are staying at a hotel and can walk everywhere but all that goes away when you live there. 15 to 20 minute drive to the park and then hours of waiting for a parking spot. This is the same everywhere you go. For instance...there are 30 plus parking spots at McDonalds in the US. There are only three in Baguio. Love the city....but the lack of parking at the parks, the restaurants, and anywhere else you want to go make the city not a good place to live...for us.

that front balcony is amazing. the location of this house is nice a peaceful. one big draw back is the back side of the house. the master bed room, front balcony view, and the location of this house is the true selling point. i got 5 years till retirement but i doubt it will be up in the market by then. who buys this house will have a peaceful life.
